Here is a summary of what God has placed on the hearts of those involved with Riveted! We pray that you will be as excited as we are to see what God is doing!
The vision of Riveted Church is to be a cornerstone in the community it serves. We will creatively engage our community with the truth of the Gospel, leading the lost to a personal relationship with Jesus through service, discipleship development, and church planting.
Riveted on Jesus! Hebrews 12:2
The mission of Riveted Church is to engage its community through progressive methods and community involvement to communicate the Gospel of Christ. Riveted will inspire families to celebrate and experience God, cultivating a core of committed Christ followers and planted churches.
Our dream for Riveted is to become a hub of church planting and revitalization
· Presently support at least one church plant
· Train and mentor church staff and leadership
· Provide on the job training for Christ-called individuals
· Send people out into the field for short-term, long-term or permanent mission opportunities
Our dream for Riveted is to reproduce
· Individual disciples (We will not fish out of other people’s bowls)
· Leadership
· Revitalized churches
· Church plants
Riveted church is a new church plant in Skiatook. We are excited at what we see God doing and the provisions He is making for us. Please pray for Riveted Church, that we would follow God's leading on everything that we do and that we would be a blessing to the community and people around us. We are holding services and officing from our location at 101 W Rogers Blvd (on the SW corner of Rogers and Osage). We see God's hand at work at Riveted and are excited to see His continued provision.
